Pretty much the only Quest game I play regularly is Beat Saber (with sideloaded songs & I turn on the option where I can’t lose).

Well now I can mix that daily routine with IDU. This game is pretty basic and not a game that I want to play for many hours, but it is actually fun to play daily. So far I’ve only played for a week, but I’ve enjoyed each time. It delivers a lot with a little.

It is a relief to be un-disappointed in a VR game. I give it 5 stars not because it’s the pinnacle of gaming, but because it mixes a few fun things surprisingly well: 1) teleport-arrow mechanic, 2) fighting demons requiring quite different strategies, 3) meta-game stuff: achievements & leader board advancement.

Suggestion to developers: add some optional puzzles & friendly NPCs. That would help provide a more immersive atmosphere & suggest a light narrative (without the baggage of a linear narrative). For examples, see Land’s End & Dreadhalls (esp. the NPCs).
