When I first arrive in Supernatural, I am greeted by an enthusiastic woman who assures me that she'll be with me every step of the way. The surroundings are gorgeous.
The Quest will give you an insanely fun and very effective workout that reduces your excuses and yields similar results to many traditional cardio workouts.
